Beatrice Magumba is a Chartered Civil Engineer with over 15 years of experience in transport planning, policy and traffic engineering. She worked as a Transport Engineering Specialist at Kampala Capital City Authority before joining JACK Ingenieros Ltd, in 2023. Prior to this, she worked as a Senior Engineer at WSP UK. She has local and international experience in urban transport planning, design, implementation and management of transport infrastructure projects. She is also a seasoned project manager and business developer.
Beatrice holds a Master of Science degree in Transport Planning and Engineering from the University of Leeds, UK; and a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Makerere University, Uganda.
She is currently the Managing Director at Jack Ingenieos Ltd. She is a member of the Engineer’s Registration Board of Uganda, the Engineering Council of UK, the Uganda Institution of Professional Engineers, and the Institution of Civil Engineers in the UK.

Dennis Kakube is a registered engineer with over twenty years of experience in building construction and maintenance. He worked at National Housing and Construction Company Ltd (NHCC) initially as a Projects Engineer and later as a Procurement Manager. Prior to NHCC, Denis worked at several companies including Technical Masters Ltd, American Procurement Company and Gamma Partnership, where he amassed a wealth of experience in building design and construction, procurement and project management.
Dennis holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Makerere University, Uganda.
He is currently a Supervising Engineer at JACK Ingenieros responsible for overseeing Civil Engineering projects.
He is a member of the Engineer’s Registration Board and Uganda Institution of Professional Engineers.

Herbert holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Makerere University, Uganda.
Herbert has certification by Electricity Regulatory Authority CLASS B and CLASS Z and is authorised to design, install, test and commission installations up to 33 KV in Uganda.
He is currently a Supervising Engineer at JACK Ingenieros Ltd responsible for overseeing Electrical Engineering projects.
